Team members have anything from 20 up to 40 years relevant experience.

Many are former lawyers, most have held leadership or professional roles within law firms and some started out as professionally trained consultants before specialising within law firms.

In addition to our role as consultants, we are also accredited business coaches, law and business school professors, writers and editors, research analysts and qualified mediators in partnership disputes.
