Tom has spent fifteen years working collaboratively with senior law firm management to deliver technology-enabled transformation. His practice has centred on establishing new centralised legal technology functions, integrating technology-enabled delivery with core legal practice, and partnering with managing partners and executive committees to deliver lasting change.

 

Over the past five years, he has led firm-wide transformations at several leading international law firms, designing operating models that translate technology and innovation ambition into measurable business impact.

 

Today, Tom's focus is on the transition to AI-native operations, helping firms move beyond experimentation to genuine, firm-wide adoption. He advises managing partners and senior leadership on AI strategy, operating model design, and the structures that determine whether technology investments deliver lasting value.
