Jan is an expert practitioner and recognised thought leader on culture, strategic change and leadership, with over 25 years’ experience in both consultancy and in-house director-level roles. She has broad sector experience with deep expertise in professional services, financial services, and FMCG.
She has served as strategic adviser to the International Chairman of KPMG and Managing Partner of Addleshaw Goddard, and led the UK legal consulting practices of both EY and Elevate.
Today, she works with C-level executives and senior law firm leaders to deliver transformation – from vision to execution – and meaningful, sustainable culture change.
Known for her ability to connect across cultural, geographic and organisational boundaries, she has worked internationally throughout her career, including seven years based in Germany, where she became fluent in the language.
Her work has delivered award-winning results and exceptional employee engagement. Jan is a faculty member at the Møller Institute (University of Cambridge), a sought-after speaker, and respected for her practical insights, robust methodologies, innovative frameworks, and engaging style.
Jan holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Mathematics from Queen’s University Belfast, an MSc in Atomic Physics from Ruhr-Universität-Bochum (Germany), where she was a DAAD scholar, and an MBA from Henley Business School, where she graduated top of her year.
