Building the leadership skills required for success
We design and deliver leadership programs for some of the best firms in the world. This starts by assessing your learning needs and developing training programs to fill any gaps. Subjects include legal knowledge and skills (such as drafting, negotiation, advising and ethics) plus, increasingly, business skills (such as sales, presentation skills, finance, pitching for working and better pricing). As well as our own faculty, and we also have a pool of tried and tested trainers that we can call upon in any part of the world.
We regularly lead workshops and make presentations at conferences and law firm retreats around the globe. Most recently this includes Accra, Amsterdam, Boston, Cape Town, Dubai, Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Lagos, Madrid, Miami, Mumbai, New Delhi, Sydney, Tokyo, Vienna, Washington and Zurich.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS
In many cases, we also assist firms in reviewing their learning and development function - organise, roles and responsibilities, budgeting and reporting.
As the role of partners becomes more challenging and multi-faceted, we assist firms in defining their requirement and making the selection of new partners. In many cases, this requires working with individuals to develop both their skills base and business case required to make that career change.
