Before joining Lexington Consultants, David operated for over 20 years as an international management consultant to the legal sector forming his first firm in 1990 (subsequently merged with a US-based consulting firm) undertaking projects for major law firms and in house legal departments in the UK, continental Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada and the US.
David is a professionally trained consultant having joined a blue-chip, global consulting firm as a senior consultant in its strategy and organisation development practice serving sectors ranging from financial services, manufacturing, retail and professional services.
David’s background and training in organisational psychology and development, and ‘hard-edge’ strategic analysis provides a perfect combination for consulting to and working with highly complex professional services firms seeking to succeed in increasingly competitive markets.
David has a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology and Philosophy from University of Surrey. He has lectured on strategic and management issues at Cranfield Business School, London Business School and Strathclyde Business School.
David has authored numbers articles and white papers, many of which have featured in leading law firm management publications (American Lawyer, The Lawyer, Legal Week, Managing Partner to name a few).
